The Yellow Wood Door

I got this idea on the internet whilst searching for forum games. I have changed the name of it so everyone does go looking on the web for the answer to this "puzzle". I thought it might be fun to have some type of game on here.

The Yellow Wood Door is a common word game where a player already introduced to the game (me) understands the 'trick' to it. I will give clues to the players who do not know what does or does not belong behind 'the door'. Those who do understand you may say you know it, but please do not give it away! And if you do get it, please give clues along with me. It will all make sense sooner or later. If you don't understand please say, and I will try my best to explain!

The first clue is:

Minnie Mouse is allowed in, Mickey Mouse isn't.

LOL, I was totally confused to start with. It helps when you know the trick to it. Ok, its sooo hard to explain without giving it away. Only certain certains things are allowed through the Yellow Wood Door, and that's as simple as it get's. Ok, you might get it with more clues.

You, yourself 'xxxSpikexxx' are not allowed through, but a member such a 'poppabill' is allowed through. Feet are allowed through but shoes are not.

You have to really think about it hehe. :D

If you want. And no, it has nothing whats no ever to do with rodents. All the clues relate in one way.

There are books but no shelves
There is a moon but no sun
There is hell but no heaven
There are bunnies but no hares
There is killing but no murder

Ok, a big clue - you have to think about the lettering of the words. Think about it....

Think about what all the clues have in common.

Unfortunately, there is only one version to this game and you will find out when you have got it. I would, but this game only lasts until everyone has got it. When everyone knows, it is game over. There is only one design of this game and that is the one we are playing now. So, sorry - I really can't. :(

If you look at all the clues I have given you, what has the first word got that the second word hasn't? ;)

This is it, there can't be another one. I can see why Rosie was saying so now, but once you figure out the rule it would be way too obvious to play again, even if you changed the rule a bit.

OK, after this everyone should know it, he he:

1. Go back to page one.

2. Look through all the hints and continue through the pages and looking at the hints until your to the last page.

3. If you don't have it by then, do it again.

NOTE: It will probably be easier if you write down all the hints.

LOL, Just kidding, but it will work if you do it enough.

Yeah good :p I got it really quick when I decided to give it another go. But then I complicated it by writing down each letter to see if it made a word :wacko:
