The lady whos cat I was babysitting is now home and I asked her if her home was haunted (we somehow ended up talking about phycics another story to be told). The last couple of times I was there the microwave went off by itself and the other time the dryer turned on. This time nothing scary happened though.
I felt that there was something upstairs as patches would sit on the floor and stare at the ceiling. Of course from this post you can probably tell that I believe in ghosts and Iam interested in ghost stories that are supposed to be true.
Well anyway she told me yes her house is haunted and he usually stays in the upstairs bedroom. He likes to turn the radio to country music stations. They just ingnore him and tell him to go away if he is bothering them. She has not seen him but he has been there for as long as they lived there. And told me to tell him to go away if he bothers me aswell. She said he is a very angry spirt :( .
My Dad has heard the story about the house at work. The ghost was a builder and he was building the house that Patches lives in now. He was going to live there when he finished it, but he died of a heart attack in the attic. He never finished the house because he passed away and is still there today. The guy who told my Dad this use to own the house but had to sell it because the ghost was scaring his children.
The lady who lives there now is very nice and I believe her.
Anyway hope you don't think Iam crazy and feel free to post your own ghost stories :)

I am very big into the paranormal world, I grew up in a haunted house, I call our ghosts my lil pranksters, they loved tappin us on the head, foot, shoulder, while we were sleeping or just fall asleep, taking keys on our, bouncing a ball up and down the steps, slamming doors
thier last noise making session has been slamming the dryer door shut over and over mom said they're getting so loud they're waking my dad up - the man don't wake up easily
she also told me they're back to slamming the upstairs doors, specially the closet - my parents house is very old, our doors for our closets and my bedroom door is made of the same wood as the flooring, real wood not fake stuff and it's old, and the door goes clear to the floor there's no gaps
there are no normal Door handles on any door up stairs it's a little oval knob like thing and once the door is shut it's extreamly hard to open, I stopped using the closet because i couldn't get it open any more!
I've got pictures of our ghosts - and tons of stories, it would take me days to type it all out, one of these days i'm going to type it all up on Microsoft word and Keep a copy on the computer so i can just copy and paste it :)
You are by no means Crazy if ya are then They better call the looney bin for me fast

I don't think your crazy :p
I believe there is ghosts although I have never actually experienced one my best friend of 30 yrs who I have known since I was 7 and her husband have and I believe them I remember quite a few years back she called me very scared the night before her husband got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night he came running back out of breathe, started crying and hide under the covers she asked him what the heck was going on and he said he saw a lady standing in the living room with a long dress on and long black hair staring at him he was scared to death, they have had many experiences like that as well as lights on toilet flushing all by itself etc etc... and its not attached to the place they live because this has happened any where they have lived.

Iam interested in paronormal stuff too. Although I would hate for my own house to be haunted. My high school was haunted I got locked back stage in the theater part and the drama teacher said the door I could not open never has been locked. He heard me banging and opened it up to let me out. Also my friend and I were talking about ghosts and the locker door a couple down from her flew open, we of course changed the subject :p
Yikes Laura that does sound scary. I would try and see if someone could cross the ghost over if one was attached to me :o

She thinks it might be her mom that her husband saw he never really saw the face just the long hair, her mother died when she was a teenager and she had long dark hair. Thats the only time he saw the woman that hasn't happened since but other weird stuff like toilets lights, her name being called eerie little things keep happening she gets freaked out sometimes but I think she is just so use to it

Oh well her Mom would never try to scare her. I took a photo of my Nannies house after she passed away  and before I took the photo my Mom was in the window trying to yell at me to take a photo. I did not hear her and took the photo. When we put it on the computer you can see the window my Mom was in but in the window was my Nanny. Everyone in the family wanted a copy.
I've never experienced anything..yet but I do believe it's possible. My friend from the Bahamas did tell me there is one part of a road out in the country where if you are a man by yourself in the car at night you'll see a well dressed woman waving for a ride. Every car that's stopped for her ended up crashing into a ditch-same spot-every time..

There are some strange things going on in this world. The one guy I work with is very interested in this stuff. And tells me the stories he has heard.
I honestly don't really know. :p
My ten-yr old cousin told me that he has a ghost in his house, the ghost of his cat who walks around at night :p

Yes, I believe in ghosts as well. My father was driving along an unlit country lane one night and there was a motorbike driving in front of him. It was a clear night, no rain or fog, and then an old woman crossed the road.......she came from nowhere, the motorcyclist saw her, swerved and fell off his bike breaking his leg, of course my dad stopped to see to him, he saw the old lady, but when he turned to see if she was ok, there was nobody there. Along that narrow road, at that spot, there were no turnings off or gates where she could have gone!

Poor guy on the motorbike. My ex boyfriend was driving home one night and not paying to much attention and all the sudden he seen a child in a white night gown. He could not stop and when he got out to check if he ran over her there was no one there. He thought she was there to warn him to pay more attention.

I'm not sure about ghost but my uncle does ghosts trails as a part time job and he is convinced theres a three year old girl in are back garden that died from a brain injury at least thats what his physic powers tell him:wacko: But i have always thought if every dead person come back as a ghost there wouldn't be enough room for them to live fit on earth:wacko:.

I thinks thats a good explanation i have been on a few ghost walks and they are soo dark and scary in these big haunted mansions some times when you finish you can come to explanations for some of the noises and sights but a couple of thing are just un-explainable.

I have been on a spirt walk before. It was with actors though. And I was standing beside a lantern and it kept going on and off ( it was a flame and the only one that did it) I would love to go on another one it was pretty fun.
