February COTM Entries

For this months COTM contest we have a theme! We want photos of your cockatiels that fit in with a Valentine's theme. :D This could be your tiel with you, or a bird friend, or even another pet - they could be getting cuddles or kisses, etc.

Entries must be under 500px by 500px, if you need help resizing your entry feel free to PM me. All entries must be posted by the 24th February so that a poll can be set up to decide the winner.

One entry per member.

Non-editted. If you wanted to take a photo of a tiel on (for example) a valentines teddy or something, that would be fine.

I just wanted to remind everyone of the cockatiel of the month rules only One picture is allowed, which ever one that is entered is the one that should stay, it will get to confusing if we enter a picture and then change it later :)

I wasn't going to do a new post and confuse everyone- just edit that one before Feb. 24th but that's ok. I'll keep that one. :blush:

sorry I wasn't even thinking editing, I was just thinking the one entry rule I know most contests if you enter them thats it you can't enter again or change anything I could be wrong wouldn't be the first time...lol it might be different here so I will leave that up to Bea and Dave ;)

I agree that no entry should be changed after it's posted. :)

I just wanted to explain myself better why you can't edit valentine themed things into the photo before entering it. Not everyone has a photoshop type program, and not everyone would know how to use it either. This would make it unfair to people who don't have, or can't use, editting programs.

Ok. I officially confused everyone. I didn't mean editing that particular photo, as in enhancing it with PS. I just mean editing the post. I understand the rules so I won't change it I just wanted to clarify that part. Sorry again.

Don't be sorry Aly I understood what you meant ..lol I was not talking about editing pictures or enhancing them I was just meaning once a picture is posted thats the one that has to stay they cannot be changed for a different picture I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that it gets to confusing when we start changing pictures.
I think Bea was just explaing the editing because a member had asked if we could edit photo's it wasn't directed towards you.
