problems with viewing "search" and "quick links"

Is there a way for the owner or moderators of this site to alter the drop down menu settings for search and quick links to appear above the banner ads. I can't see the drop down part when it is behind the banner ad, this makes searching difficult. Thanks. :)

No, weird... mine appears behind the banner ad. So I can't search... so I posted my question. :p Maybe it's my settings or browser?
