Backup Board

Hi, I was on another bird forum and I noticed they had made Backup forums, incase the forum was temporarily unavailable, people could chat on the backup board.

I thought maybe TB & TC should have one too, so if it was ever offline or whatever for a day or whatever, (knock on wood!! lol) they could chat with the other "Budgie Talkers" and "Tiel Talkers" from this forum instead of going through serious TB & TC withdrawal.

Anyway, I made one, I know it isn't a master piece, but since nobody will ever go on it, it doesn't need to be.

I don't think a live chat, would be safe! A backup board would be ok, if we could make threads! :)

It isn't a live chat, it's just a forum. :p

You can sign up, so if this forum is ever unavailable, you can post on there.

It also thought "cockatiel" was a bad word, so I had to change that! :o

Ok. :p I have an account too. I doubt there is going to be much posting, because this forum never goes offline. :p Although I think TB has a couple times, it really scared me when it did! :wacko:

I only problem i have with this forum, is when it takes a very long time to load, and can sometimes not be displayed! So thanks Haley for the backup, or I would be TC starved! LOL!! :lol:

I was actually considering making a single forum for all my sites. I never really thought of it as a backup forum, but I guess that's what I was thinking. :P The only problem is, if one of my sites is down, chances are that site would be down too, unless I host it somewhere else.

Oh, if you want Talk Parrotlets to be part of the that forum, I can make a "Parrotlets" forum.

Yes Dave's forums are great, the rarely go down. The other one I was looking at went down so much it had two backup boards. :p
