Oh, Lily does that too.
Ohhhh I love getting wing slapped....lol....and she does it multiple times in a row, like she's trying to practice flying on my shoulder...aka repeated slaps to the face.

Jesse only does it on my shoulder if I've been scratching her, like she says "oh hey thanks, look how pretty I am now!" :p
