It is time to enter your Cockatiel in the October COTM Contest! This months theme is...

"Halloween"


For this months theme you need to enter a photo of your Cockatiel based on the theme of Halloween. I will NOT accept photos that have been edited and had Halloween stuff added onto it.

Please make sure you put your Cockatiels name when posting your entry!!



As always, entries should be resized to no greater than 500 x 500 pixels. If you're not sure how to do this check this thread: http://talkcockatiels.com/showthread.php?t=66


If you are still having trouble resizing your entry feel free to contact me, or one of the other moderators. We are always happy to lend a hand.I should also mention that entries cannot be photo-shopped to include captions or "props" - the photo should be entered as it was originally taken (standard photo touch ups are fine).

I am a bit of a anti-haloween person! In my neighbourhood there are two groups who go about... the youngsters who mean only well and then the older kids (Teenagers+) who spoil it for everyone...
We have a no-one-is-in policy... No lights on in the front of the house, no curtain movement, no one in or out of the front door... nothing down decoration wise... def. no sweets!!!

How did you get him to keep it around his neck? Chirpie loves to play with rubberband and get them around her neck and she goes nuts!

dally is a very mellow bird and tolerant about most things. i plan on handing out candy with her this year again, but i gotta see what i can do about her "costume"

I made my cockatiel (Mellow) a cape, i knitted it then lined it with silk (so its reverseable too) it has a hood and everything, Mellow wont have a bar of it, but looooves being smothered by my hands. Ill keep trying! haha :)
