I am making this thread now, because, being close to Christmas, I am going to be really busy, and I don't want to forget about December COTM.

It is time to enter your Cockatiel(s) in the December COTM Contest! This months theme is...

"Christmas"


For this months theme you need to enter a photo of your Cockatiel(s) based on the theme of Christmas. I will NOT accept photos that have been edited and had Christmas stuff added onto it.

Please make sure you put your Cockatiels name(s) when posting your entry!!


As always, entries should be resized to no greater than 500 x 500 pixels. If you're not sure how to do this check this thread: http://talkcockatiels.com/showthread.php?t=66


If you are still having trouble resizing your entry feel free to contact me, or one of the other moderators. We are always happy to lend a hand.I should also mention that entries cannot be photo-shopped to include captions or "props" - the photo should be entered as it was originally taken (standard photo touch ups are fine).

Start posting your entries, you have until December 18th to get your entries in.

Solace, I have had some of my pictures from here end up on a breeders website claiming my birds as theirs. I have started putting my name and date the picture was taken in the lower right hand corner. It is small and can't be seen unless you know its there. Can I submit with that on there? Thanks.

Here is Chalky, Stormy and Gerry on my parents tree. They found their way from the bottom all the way to the top! I took this picture 2 years ago when I was still living at home. Chalky is my mum's, Stormy is my brother's and Gerry is mine :)

Wow, everyone has such beautiful photos, I'm almost ashamed to enter! :p But in the spirit of the season (and for the sake of upholding morale on this forum :D) I suppose I will enter a photo. I took several of Sunny on the cheapo 15-inch dollar store tree and developed several copies of them so I could use them as Christmas cards (which I will make this week-end). I will enter this one and call it "Reaching for the Star" for your viewing pleasure.:D

Sarah that's a real pretty picture, I know what you mean though.. I had to bribe Luna for a good half an hour with treats to try and snap a pic with Santa haha.. Her wings have grown in and she kept flying to me every time I put her down lol
