Sprouting wheat?

Another question that just came across my mind- once a week I sprout wheat seeds (for myself to eat). They have alot of health benefits and Baby always seems super intrested in them...like all of my other food..

My question is- Safe or not?

Thanks- I kept looking it up online and tried it with them this morning. I wish I would have thought of it earlier- Baby and the budgies LOVE it!
