Hello everyone- great forum,

Recently got two adorable cockatiels for my birthday and at the moment I'm letting them get used to their new surroundings.

In the meantime my enthusiasm has led me to read three books about these amazing birds but the trouble is my head is now crammed with too much (often conflicting) advice/information! So I'm hoping community members will help sort me out the 'wheat from the chaf' so I can provide my mini flock with the best possible care (on a budget!) further down the track.

Time for us to roost and I look forward to being part of the community.
