hi all i just got back to my room and thought i would say hi the conference is more of a work conference we had to have a vote to revoke a chefs certification as we have hard evidence he took meat from the garbage and cooked it then served it :eek: i have to go to the local univercity to do a talk on grease cleaning from the floor there are alot who don,t know that the comet cleanser will eat the grease and you will stop dead in your tracks when you step on it i,m also talking i also have to do a talk on kitchen cleanliness well talk to you when i return home bye all

I never eat out, I've heard too many horror stories of what can happen to your food between the cooking and the eating! Good on the girl for reporting him.

one who is no longer a chef sad part is he can go and get a job as a sous chef no pappers required but you are just a basic cook then
