tiel wont eat veggies

hi my tiel will not eat veggies and other things. he eats pasta/spagetti and rice. thats it. eats seeds and millet. what to do?????? can anyone help. thanks.

I would use the fact that he eats rice to your advantage. ;) Try mixing some cooked grated carrot or zucchini in with the rice. My guys often enjoy a rice mix with rice, corn, peas, carrot, etc in it. You can gradually add more veggies as he starts trying new things. :D

I have the same problem with mine. I tried sprinkling some millets on the fruits and he still didn't eat it.

the rice thing is a good idea you will get the flavour in with the rice then they will start to want the veggie

I would try mixing veggies with rice as well :) Just keep trying veggies different ways like grated, whole, chopped, raw, cooked ect Good luck :)
