ok as i was eating some fruit i had banana choped up and grapes and
strawberries and canary melon well stretch came over and took a piece
of canary melon and ate the whole piece so i gave him a verry small
piece of the rest the only thing he did not eat was the banana :D

Awww- sharing food with them is great- plus all thoes vitamins can't possibly be bad! lol
Mine are not too crazy for banana either..

We call that canary melon..honeydew melon, whatever it's called it's really yummy!!! It's funny when they come over to share food isn't it, Dooby used to do the slowly, slowly sneaking up, but I think he's been looking over my shoulder on here and picked up the quick, dive method. Just for the record, Dooby DOES eat banana.

So do my guys, and apple too but other than that they're not keen on fruit. :p The only exception being Blinkie (budgie) who loves honey dew melon and rock melon.

none of my birds eat banana's well i'm not sure about the tiels yet, I haven't had banana's since i got them

but my quaker hates it - but i think it's cause he can't hold it in his foot, because it gets smooshed instead

my budgies seem to be content with Bell peppers and Cucumbers But I keep trying everything else too
