Does he think that he's blending in with the potted plants?
Very cute.

That's our Ruby, when we got her we were assured that she was a dwarf rabbit....but she grew and grew and grew!! LOL. Here's a couple more photos that I've taken today while she was out in the garden playing.

Does she stay indoors? She is very pretty.

Yes, she lives in the computer room with Dooby and us!! We don't let her run around the house free though, she's a bit of a nibbler and there are just too many wires in here. She has a big indoor hutch and then she goes out most days and has a couple of hours in the garden running and playing.

This is a bit better one, you can see her colours properly, she has a white belly!

I would love one of those Flemish giants!! They are absolutely beautiful, I just haven't got the room to give them. Ruby is just a normal sized rabbit really, she's lovely.

She's defintaly a dutch
there are differnt types of dutch, the smallest if i remember right is the dutch hottot it weighs 3 pounds and under
I used to own rabbits, bred them, did the whole 4-H thing (i raised them for over 10 yrs) I couldn't find the decent website i was on before but it showed all the True Rabbit breeds
if i remember right she's considered a Tortoise Dutch (because of her colors)
all the same she's a beauty

there are several smaller breeds... like the dwarf hotot nederland dwarf and the brittania petite...
and she can´t be a dutch... dutch´s have a very distinct pattern...

Yes, she's a Silver Marten, I'm not sure that she's a full pedigree though because I bought her from a pet shop and not a breeder, so probably not, but she has all the characteristics of a SM, the white flecks on the sides, the little "V" on the back of her neck (We always say she's got her jumper on back to front again!....Long winter evenings fly by in this house with the humour) here's a link. http://www.furrycritter.com/resources/rabbits/Silver_Marten.htm
Awww, she's so cute in all those photos! Ruby looks like one curious bunny!
