Did anyone else here used to watch the tv series Lois and Clark? I remember i used to watch it with dad when i was little and i remember loving it. It hasn't been on tv for ages though.

Late last year i saw that they had bought the first and second series out on DVD and i smiled and remembered how good it was, but didn't want to fork out $50 to buy it. Lately my urge to watch it has become stronger and after looking around video hire shops i figured i couldn't hire it so i looked into buying it. The price has dropped to $35, so today i bought it! :D :D :D

Me and by best friend were watching it this afternoon and it's so much better than i remember. It was and still is what i think of when i think of Superman. I guess the romantic angle the series takes interests me more than the more recent Superman series "Smallville" (my brother has all seasons of that). Watching the special effects from the 1990's makes me laugh too, they are HILARIOUS.

Any other fans?

OH I haven't gotten to really watch it often. I didn't grow up here- I do watch Smallville sometimes though-it's ussually good. I can't imagine what "special effects" were in the 1990...that must be entertaining..hehe

I like the first few seasons of Smallville - then, like most series, the quality drops as they try to squeeze every cent of profit out of it.
