Have any of you have had this experiance?

Chiquita has her 3rd clutch about to hatch 2nd clutch this year, and they weren't suppose to hatch untill saturday or so and they started hatching today and its only been 15-16 days and should I be worried as it is to early for them to hatch? It's only the second egg as the first egg turned out being infertile. I can't wait more babies!! Thanks for any info! Melissa

That is strange. JiggersMommy had eggs hatch oddly, #2, then#1 and #3, but they were just over 20 days. I hope one of the more experienced members answer soon, I am curious now.
I wouldn't think it to be too much of a worry as long as they are healthy. Congratulations on the bubs!

it all depends whern they start to sit on them we say 21 days give or take a day or 2

Mine are hatching weird too -
1st egg laid 25 Nov. - hatch due 16 Dec. - hatched 15 Dec.
2nd egg laid 27 Nov. - hatch due 18 Dec. - hatched 17 Dec. (took that 1 over 24 hours to get out)
3rd egg laid 29 Nov. - hatch due 20 Dec. - hatched 16 Dec.
4th egg laid 30 Nov. - hatch due 21 Dec. <-- no cheeping but sounds like lots of chipping going on in there right now so maybe tonight? It had been knocked out of the nest and gotten cold but maybe all was not lost?
5th egg laid 02 Dec. - hatch due 23 Dec.

I think they hatch when they are ready :)
