Need Idea's

My daughter is turning 13, I asked her what she would like to do for her birthday, and she wants to have a sleepover I would like to do something nice for her and I want her to have a good time she wants to invite 4 girls over and watch movies and do pizza and all that stuff but I am wondering what else I could do to make it fun for them anyone have any idea's :)

She's simple like me. Sticking to the basics.:) Do you think there's anything they'd like to do before the sleep over...go somewhere special...I have no idea what 13 year olds like these days...:o hmmm..I'll have to think about it...

I'm trying to think what i did for my thirteenth. I can't remember anything special. :p Sleepover with pizza and movies sounds like a fool proof plan though. I don't know if you've got a hire place with game consoles, but if you can get access to a playstation 2 there are some awesome party games you could hire (Singstar for karaoke, those dance mat games, etc). My friends are always borrowing our stuff for parties.

How about a make up party? Or is that asking for trouble?

Bea I like the idea of Karaoke they would probably like that, I don't have a playstation just an xbox but I could look into hiring one they are getting the wii for christmas I wish it was here now...lol they would probably have fun with that one.
Plukie I was thinking makeup as well....lol most girls that age love makeup and having there nails done so maybe something along that line as well.

Its been awhile since she has had a party party with girlfriends usually its just family so I want it to be nice for her as she is becoming a teenager :eek: ...hehe you guy's have given me some good idea's to work with so thanks!!!! :D

I gave up having parties that year so i didn't do anything. Movies and pizza sounds about right to me. Remember the pop corn aswell lol

There is a version of Karaoke Revolution for Xbox if you can find somewhere to rent it with the microphones. That's pretty much all my friends did at my parties. Actually we did that last year for New Year's Eve too. (I'm 19 now.) Aside from that, I believe I had my mom take us all to laser tag pretty much every year. That's not too bad in terms of price for four or five girls, but it gets expensive with a few more.
