here are a couple- ( please take notice that depending on how many cockatiels u have, the amount of each item will vary. so i'll just put what you have to do and u can guess the amount. )

healthy seedz~ mix grated carrots with a couple of chopped grapes. roll into small bals and cover in your cockatiel's food. then u can find a way to hang them, or just add them to their food or put them in a seperate dish.

Cockatial cookies~ mix baby food or veggies with whole wheat flour, corn meal, shredded carrots, and pellets. keep adding flour and corn meal until it's not sticking to the bowl. roll intp little balls then flatten so they are a half an inch thick circles. use a toothpick to make a small hole in the center so u can hang them. sprinkle on some seeds and start the oven at 350 degress f. then cook for 20-25 minutes.flip at half the time you put them in for. then store the extras in an air tight bag or container

fruit toast~cut up some dry toast into small squares and put them aside. crumble up some egg biscit.get some sunflower seeds or loose millet seeds. and mash up some banana and the mix everything but the bread. if you want you can add any fruit or veggies ( cut up ) to the mix. then spread the mixture on the bread squares. this can be served cold or warm.

'tiels treat~turn popsycle stick horizontal and tie string to the middle. this will be how you hang it. roll it in a light shade of peanut butter. then roll it in bird seeds or pellets. then tie to your cage and let it hang down
