Spike's first flight

Spike flew from my shoulder in the dining room to the kitchen chair :) My Mom screamed and I ran in the kitchen and seen Spike sitting on the chair and my Mom covering her tea. It was too funny :) My Mom now says that she does not like big birds flying in her house :p He only has two flights on one wing and one on the other and no tail. Iam surprized he flew that far.

LOL!!! You need to get a cockatoo or something, then your mum will think again about tiels being big birds. :p

LOL...I can imagine your mom! Good thing she didn't spill the tea on herself and that he has good landing. Now make sure you birdie proof the house.

Awww, good old Spike!!! A whole new world has just opened up for him...and you. You will now wish that you were related to an octopus so that you had more hands to grab things before they get chewed or pooped on. lol.

I am glad he has started to fly.:D A cockatiel is not a big bird :)lol! A parrot is, now that is what you call a big bird.
