Live message bar?

I saw this on other forums, and was wondering if we can add a live message bar at the top of the home page. It's a place where people can just say hi...etc..talk live and it's viewed by all members. I don't know if this type of forum has that capability but thought it was nice on the other ones.

O_O or you can use something like "chatango" it's like one of those live room chats that the admin can create then post it somewhere on the site. its free, easy, and it's kinda neat. i don't know you can check it out. just look it up on google.
