Ok, so I am not a technical genius. I am trying to figure out how to put photos on this site. I put a signature pic up to see if I could so we shall see... I didn't downsize it cuz I dunno how. I remember reading a thread on how to do it awhile back but can't find it. Also, how to put an avatar on as well? Anyone real technical and clever out there and probably under the age of 20 who can help? I would love to share pix of my special and wonderfully unique normal gray cockatiels( that look like ever other normal gray you've every seen except to their doting mother's eyes!)with you all... thanks in advance....:)
wow my avatar worked!!!!

well i'm not under the age of 20 by any means lol
but if you have your pictures, saved on to Photo bucket (its a free hosting site if not its www.photobucket.com)
Once you have the picture you want to post, You copy the IMG code (last code there is on the list either UNDER the picture if your looking at the small version, or Last code to the right if you have it bigger)
then on your post your typing up You Just Paste it, and go on. to the next thing
photobucket also has the option of resizing them - When you have your mouse over a picture a bar comes up Edit, and other things, click on resize you can do it manually or use one of the preset ones
and for your signature, you use the same IMG code, Go to your user CP choose "edit signature" there is a box to type in and you paste your code there

If you have a "My Pictures" folder you can simply right click on the picture you want to post and it will give you the option to resize. You may have to experiment to get the size you can post but it work fine. When the pictures appear in your posts they will look small but the can be clicked on to view the larger image.
