Have you put Talk Cockatiels In Google Images

I just thought that I would put Talk Cockatiels in google images.

So I did and one of the members here Plukie.
There signature picture was there saying Run,Doobie Run!

:) I thought did Plukie put it on themselves or did it just come off the website ??

I was just wondering??

no when you put in a search, rather it's google, yahoo, any of them search engines

it will bring up anything that has to do with that word

Like if you put my screen name in "atvchick95" you'll get anything I've went to using that screen name


You can also google people's real name, and if they use it on line you'll find the sites they go to, if they've ever been in trouble, etc. you'll find it

BUT it's not always the right person

I've done it with my b/f's name - and i get a bunch of writers he is far from a writer LOL

Lol, no I didn't put it there. I'm on there a lot!!! If you put in Plukie, it finds loads of bits and pieces about me!!

if you type in my username laurago on google my name comes up in the search TC - view profile laurago, it would do the same for all of us :D

it does it no matter what user name you put in, it doesn't have to be for this forum, you can put your Email address in and any website you used your email address in will come up

Like when i put mine in, all the genealogy websites i've been to comes up in the search,

you can also put your real name in and get hits if you 've used your real name on any website,or if if you were in a newspaper that is also puts its paper online

you'll get all kinds of things by putting in your name, user names, email addresses

if you think about it - it's NOT very safe though because any one can find you with nothing more then a user name

The internt is an amazing tool, but your right it is a scary thing when ANYONE can find you.

That is really dangerous because they can look at our Talk Cockatiel Profiles, and any person can get our MSN addresses (if you put it in) :eek:
