hey i was wondering if you can sprout millet seed then give the greens to the bird just a question like should i wet the seeds and put them in a paper towel alet them grow and feed them im totally clueless lol thanks

Yes! they sprout very easily. I would do it in a little pot and just put that in with them. They love it!

thank you !!! soo no dirt just the seeds soaked and wrapped in paper towel ok thank u im going to do it now but how can i tell if they are ready ????

I do it in a pot with soil if you want grass for them. sprouted seed can be done in a jar with just water.

i just got a small bowl and soaked some paper towel to line it then i put the millet then i put a wet piece of paper towel on top i will try that to see if that works now for sprouting seeds can i use the cockatiel seed to sprout and how would i know if the seeds are ready ??? thank you

o and i dont have apple cidar vinagar would white vinagar work aswell

I wouldn't use that if I were you. I know that apple cider vinegar is safe. I can't say that about regular vinegar.
