Hey quick question, Renae, I just realized that the birthday that I am registered for is my dad's birthday!!!! Yikes! I am so NOT 60! Would it be possible to change my birthday to October 20th, 1994? (My real birthday, I will be 20 in October!) Thanks! :D

hi there ive been reading your post about the aviator bird harness and,i am confused about which size to get,i resd a review on the petite and the person says it was too tight around the birds neck so he was going to purchase the next size up.,,he doesn't say how heavy his bird is but mine weight 78 and 87 grms which is on the lower scale of the range for the petite,do you use this harness for tiels if so could you please advise which size you recommend I buy . thank you

lol theyre MUCH bigger than rats. they are a lot softer, and they hop. they also commonly stand on two legs and are quite social lol

technically we have bans on them in some cities here too lol but most of it goes un-noticed. yet they sell the food....

they're very friendly, more so than rabbits and theyre not really known for biting and such. ours dont like to be picked up and cuddled, but theyre very friendly in their own way

they sure do grow up fast, eh? our chinchilla kiki was pregnant when we had bought her (funny story, we didnt know she was pregnant the whole time!) and we kept chinta (the only girl baby) but the babies grew up so fast too. they were tiny little fluffballs running around and making adorable noises and the next the boys found new homes and they were all grown up. makes you wonder where the time goes lol

i dont know if its a hormone thing with tsuka or if its just a tsuka thing. he's a moody bird all year round and we just dont know why lol but both seem to be doing well with the division. the cage units are 18"x24"x24" so they're okay for one tiel. they get 2-6 hours out of the cage, depending on the day. i work midnights now on weekends so time is limited then.

    what about a wild bird?

everyone here is doing alright, dally and tsuka have been divided (their cage now has plastic mesh down the middle) because of tsuka being a jerk as always lol hes being more aggressive than normal, but this solution is staying the way it is as so far it is working out. everyone else though is doing well. i'm still kicking around here every once in awhile when i'm in the mood. sometimes i'll post, but otherwise i stay in the background.

how bout you? seen you got some adorable tiel babies!
