Okay, so today i had to make an emergency trip away from my apartment (because sh*t is going down there) and of course i had to take my two new babies with me.
But, I could only fit one cage in my car, so now they need to be housed in the same cage. They've been in separate cages next to each other for a little over a week, and they seem to be getting along well.

The only concern I have observed with their behavior so far is that Chocobo hisses and snaps at Cloud when she gets too close. But they can be pretty close to one another without any fighting. Chocobo starts hissing when the distance is less than 3/4an inch? Or an inch? Around there. Other than when She invades his personal bubble, he's perfectly chill.

My question is: do I need to drop by my apt as soon as I can to pick up Cloud's cage, or will they be fine, or should i wait until morning and see how they go through the night? Because he's not aggressive in general, just when she gets way too close.

If it was an emergency or a threat to you to be there, they'll have to make do. Even my pair of cockatiels who liked each other hissed and lunged when the other got too close. They just like their space, but it won't kill them to be together in this situation

Thanks so much
I figured that'd be the case, but it's my first time owning two together, so I thought I should still ask.
