Default Pied or pearl pied?

While I'm pretty sure my babies are pied, I'm still a little confused and could use some help figuring out if they actually are or if one is pearl pied with incomplete pearls or something?

Their parents are Bob and Rio. I don't know anything about Bob or Rio's parents, so I have no idea about splits or anything. All I know for sure is that Rio, my hen, is a cinnamon pied. The dad, Bob, is a natural pied. However, I kind of thought he might actually be a pearl pied who had molted out his pearls, because he kind of looks like he has faint white edging on some of his feathers, and Rio doesn't.

I was really hoping that was the case with Bob, because then I would have been able to tell the sex of the babies. Anyway, I'm just not sure. I'm uploading pictures of two of the babies. The third baby doesn't have all his feathers in yet.

This is the baby that I'm pretty sure is just pied. But in the third picture, what are those spots under the wings? I'm not talking about wing spots, but those little yellow dots where the wings meet his body? Both of these chicks have those.

This baby is the one that's confusing me so much. Are the markings on his wings just pied feathers or what?

This is Bob and what I thought was the "ghost pearling".

I agree with just pied. The underwing spots look like normal hen/juvenile markings. (Check out Shodu's underwing spots in my signature. As a baby she had more than the average chick.)

I thought so. Just wanted to check with more knowledgeable people. Sucks Bob isn't a pearl pied, so I could tell the males from females, but they're all so stinking cute either way. The oldest took his first few flights today at 27 days old. It was so awesome, but it made me a nervous wreck!
