shes a grey, but shes got a spotted chest, which theres some mystery to among others on this forum.
as for gender, take a look at the wing spot thread and take a look at her wings. if the spots are restricted to the first half of the wing, kaya would likely be male. if the spots extend a good amount, kaya would be likely female
He/she does look like a "spot gene" baby. No one really knows what this is, but more and more we're starting to suspect that it's something that keeps the pearl gene from expressing itself normally. So your bird might have the pearl gene. The whiteface gene usually seems to be involved so he/she might also be split to whiteface.

Tielfan - "spot gene" baby? Whats that?? Do you think his/her feathers will darken after the first molt??
