Default Gerber water ok or maybe not?

I usually buy a gallon of spring or purified water (whichever is available ) for my cockatiels but this time it seems they were all out and so my mom unknowingly bought this one below:
I don't want to give them something that I am not sure of even though I heard the thing where the toys that are for babies are ok for tiels. I just want to know for sure.

They can't have regular tap water? I've never given special water to my birds.
Thanks DallyTsuka for siggy!

I don't know about the original poster, but in our area the water has a faint chlorine taste and smell even after being filtered. I used to give Joey tap water, but now I am concerned to risk it.

That looks fine to me. I use regular tap water and don't have problems. The only reason you shouldn't use tap is if its contaminated.
Cheerio the peach faced lovebird.
