We don't recommend it and a lot of breeders here in the US and UK try to avoid it if they can. Breeding like to like can cause smaller babies, larger bald spots on the back of the head, weaker babies, and death in the nest. We usually recommend breeding a visual to a split, i.e. a visual lutino hen to a male pied split lutino. That helps create stronger babies and larger crests. That's why you may see lots of lutinos with bald spots, it's due to like to like breeding which breeders are trying to fix.
