Shocked Yellow bird with tangerine cheeks - what is it?

Hallo everybody, this is my 1st post here. I'm totally confused, please help.
I got a bird with a full yellow body. It has no markings, no white feathers - except the long feather in her tail.
It has black eyes, not red. Pupil is black and iris is lighter, a bit greenish/brownish. At the same time there is a bald spot on her head like lutinos have. And there are two small bald spots on her wings, they are simmetrical.
I'm confused - is it lutino or not???? What can it be split to?
Here are the photos. The bird is a female.

And her cheeks are of tangerine color, not red-orange like normal cockatiels have. But not pale like pasteface's. There is also a long feather on her right cheek, looks like a crest feather migrated there)) plumage is very soft, not like my whiteface have.
Can it be DYC split to whiteface? or something else? In my country looks like nobody knows..thanx a lot!

I have no idea, but she is gorgeous, looks like the feathers on both cheeks are longer than normal to me... very interesting!

I'd hedge a guess and say yellowcheek lutino. The orangish wash definitely throws me off in the closer up pictures so I'm not 100% sure on the cheek color but I'd for sure say lutino.

That's very true! These bird's eyes actually look blue in that first picture which would mean this bird could be lutino pied.

Possibly a pastelface lutino. the body colour is very yellow, it's either a very heavily suffused bird or suffering from a liver issue such as fatty liver disease
