Default White-face split pied something else?

Elvis is my cockatiel. He is lighter then the other white face I saw when I got him. The other wf was an adult male (judging by his bright white face) and Elvis was only 4 months old. I thought Elvis would get darker as he got older, but he didn't. His wings are kinda darker then the rest of his body. Elvis is a wf split pied. I was informed that he might be a cinnamon, but he doesn't look like a cinnamon. Maybe he's split cinnamon pied? Split cinnamon? Could he just be lighter due to being a split pied?
I'll post a picture soon if needed. But I don't have one at this moment.

Looks like a normal wf split pied to me. There's really no way to tell if he's split cinnamon unless you know what his parents were. Birds feathers will look lighter closer to a molt because new feathers are darker than older feathers.
