Question Mark BIGGEST Cage?

What is the BIGGEST cage for cockatiels out there? My girls have gone from tiny horrible cages, stupid cages, to a Montana San Diego, to their current cage. Due to intense space restrictions, it's a Discovery Corner Parrot Cage.

When I have my own place again, I want to upgrade again. I'm looking for a more left-right cage than an up-down one, with plenty of space without being an aviary. What is the BIGGEST cage on the market with a bar-spacing suitable for 'tiels? I'm in the UK.

Agree with the above. I had one of those (not the double like posted) for my flock and it was amazing!

A bird room!

I give my guys free reign of the bedroom during the day. They've got various hanging gyms and toys with a few perching and feeding stations around the room. They love it, and so do I - I don't have to worry about them being bored or not getting enough exercise. They like to go into their (still large!) cage for bedtime. No pressure, no dreaded "Help, my bird won't go back in his cage!".

The downside?... sometimes they poop on the bed!

I understand it's not something everyone can do - but I feel it's better than any cage money can buy. Might be an option if you have the room!

If I had to, and I mean HAD to cage them again, I would go for the double flight. Their bedtime cage is 30 x 24 x 36, and I think they'd go bonkers if they had to be stuck in it for the majority of the day.

A bird room is great and my pair were kept loose for over a year until they suddenly started chewing large holes in the wall plaster and in the ceiling where I had things hanging with chains from hook - and their freedom was revoked to supervised time out only. Keep a close eye on your two!

I had the same issue. They tore that room apart! A cage is just so much easier to keep clean. Not that I didn't enjoy seeing them with all that freedom, but it was a lot of work!

For a single tiel or two tiels, that cage is perfect in size. It has so much room they wouldn't even notice.

I wish I knew the name of the cage I have for my breeders. I'll post a picture of it so if you find one similar you can consider it It was given to me used and probably some years old. I also have a huge aviary that I bought at a discount about 12 yrs ago. I think they've since been discontinued!

Anyways, here's the breeder's cage:

Definitely! So far they've only chewed the blinds

No matter how large the cage is, they always benefit from time outside to fly and socialize. Some can be trusted unsupervised in a bird room, but some will definitely go into destructo mode! My tiel likes to pick at the wall paint in certain spots.
