Is your bird in the kitchen or laundry room? If not, I think the bird will be fine with lots of ventilation. Most ovens come with fans so make sure to have it on when cooking.

He is between both, i live in a small condo thats open concept. hes in the "living room", and the laundry is in my bedroom which is just off the living room. id say he is equally close to both, but laundry i only use on saturdays, but the oven i use frequently and dont use the fan while its preheating. in fact i dont turn the fan on even when i have something in the oven, I only use it with stove top cooking as its really loud.

Highly unlikely either would contain PFTE/PFOA, they both get way too hot and it would be toxic to humans let alone birds.

I used to cook regularly with my birds (caged) in the dining room off the kitchen... just move them if you're cooking anything smoky, strongly scented, etc. and definitely use the hood fan.
My quaker's bedtime cage is also in the laundry room, near the dryer. Have to be careful about drafts from the vent, though.
