Default Dark Yellow Cockatiel is it Primrose???

I got these three birds from a friend not sure of the genetics, he said they are from the same clutch and parents are pied and have the same dark yellow color,

So far i think they are females, as non of them is whistling or doing the wing display, unfortunately none of them have any markings under the wing or tail feathers,

Anyway, i just want to develop this color, so what is it and how can i breed more of it,

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated, as i think the yellow would look cool on a yellow cheek bird

Some pics are attached.....

They look lutino to me, not sure about Primrose as I'm not well versed in that mutation. If both parents were pied and NOT lutino, then they are all girls and are probably actually lutino pied.
Thanks DallyTsuka for siggy!

Primrose is just a description of a bird with heavy yellow suffusion (not to be confused with the suffusion commonly found on birds with liver disease) . it's not a mutation though so can't be easily bred like one. pairing two darker yellow birds together can help achieve it as seen here, but it's really all up to luck in the end.
