Hello,

Attached are pictures of three siblings and how they colored out,

What is the mutation of the cinnamon colored one?

Is it cinnamon ino. or Lutino masking DS???

The male doesn't look DS at all, so if one of the parents is DS then I would say it has to be the lutino hen. You wouldn't be able to see the DS because the lutino masks it.

Are you sure that one of them is DS? I'm not good at identifying DS, but the whiteface chick in the second picture looks like it. But if that's the same bird in the fourth picture showing adult male whiteface plumage, he doesn't look like DS any more. Typically it's hard to identify DS in babies and easier when they're older, but this chick seems to have done it the opposite way.

The baby in the foreground is hard to figure out. It looks a lot like fallow, but I don't think the eyes are red enough for that.

If this is the same bird that looked completely yellow in the earlier pics, then my guess would be cinnamon lutino. The cinnamon wash is stronger in adults than it is in babies, and it got a LOT more intense in this bird.

Yes that one was completely yellow when it fledged, and got this color afterwards...

In several of the pictures it looks like sunlight is shining on the birds. Are they kept outdoors? Cinnamon is much more sensitive to direct sunlight than normal coloring, and can fade dramatically in the sun.
