Default MY new cockatiel is making a wierd sound?

My new grey cockatiel called screech makes these sounds in the morning (8 am) and at night (around 9pm) All of the birds had minimum contact with humans.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1bJtnR4WR4

Here is a youtube link of the sound and the birds sorry for the recording as it was my sister. We would also like to know any good training tips for the birds and the best fruit or veg for the birds (cockatiel and budgies)
Thank you very much Kishan

Thanks for the link. Woodstock has never made that particular sound. I'm sure it's just Screech's way. Woodstock makes soft chirpy sounds at night and occasionally some louder whistles before he goes into his repertoire before he nods off. In the morning he likes to whistle.

(S)he might be trying to tell you something.. Chuckie has distinct chirps depending on what he wants - attention, fresh water, fresh food, to come out of the cage, to turn the lights on/off, or new newspaper at the bottom of the cage... Have you tried taking Screech out of the cage to see if (s)he stops? (S)he might just want some attention or some stretch space to wake up or wind down before bedtime.

PS - your birds are beautiful!

I don't know what the best fruits & veggies are for birds, but fruits & veggies Chuckie eats are: spinach, broccoli, celery (the vet said don't give them much since it's got no real nutritional value), yams, strawberries, papaya, blueberries.. He's a picky eater, but he'll almost always eat these when they're offered.

It looks like the adult gray male is making the sound, and I think he's just singing. Different birds have different singing styles and apparently this is one variation. He might be trying to attract a lady tiel.

It sounds like he is either singing or whistling. I don't hear anything weird my tiel makes a very similar sound.
